Training of Staff on new development on official website and new dashboard | News

The Information and Technology and Human Resource for Health units organized a training workshop on the use of the new interface of HRHMIS and other icons in the official website of Kano state Primary Health Care Management Board.
The purpose of the meeting is to ensure participants understand the basic of the board’s website, how to access the new interface, understand user profile, updates own account, understand admin interface, understand how to use official email [], navigate through the official email, update staff accounts by admin officers, how to apply for leave, transfer, entering of training and workshop, manage promotion, and others.
In his welcome address, the Director Admin and Finance, Tanimu Sulaiman, who represented executive secretary, Dr. Tijjani Hussaini welcomes all participants and calls on them to actively participate in the training which serves as the beginning of the continuing use and application of the new development in the operations of the board. He therefore emphasizes diligence and dedication in making the success of the new development into a better and efficient system.
Also, the Director Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Bashir Sanusi in his opening remark, gave the background information on the development of the board website and other dashboard developed within, from where it was started to the present level. He enjoin participants to critically look at it, understand how to operationalize what is officially assigned to them in discharging their work, and appreciate the commitment management put into making this development a reality.
The participants are 41 in numbers which were drawn from board headquarters, 2 zones, 2 local governments, and 4 health facilities, as representative sample for piloting and test-running.
